Job Description:

PC Support - responsible for install/maintain all End Users Desktops & Mobile PC's subsystems: Hardware, Operation System, Networking connectivity to company BackOffice and End User PCs.

Help Desk - responsible for Help Desk operation and services.

Requirements:

• MCP or PC support course - 5 years experience in robust High Tech oriented environment.
• High Level knowledge to maintain & install Desktops / Mobile PCs (preffered Brand Dell/HP).
• MS windows XP Pro – high level knowledge and experience in installations, trouble shooting and maintainence of End Users platform.
• Basic knowledge in WiFi/ADSL technology, devices, installation and configuration.
• Basic knowledge in Networking/Telephony passive infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge in printer maintainence.
• Basic knowledge to maintain/install accessories connecting to PC (Pocket PC, Cell Phones, Blue Tooth device etc)
• Excellent English.
• Team player and sevice oriented.
