Systems/Business Analyst

Location: Center

Lead system development life cycle for business applications and provide system solutions for new products and services. Understand requirements, define needs, provide solutions and coordination of definition of requirements. Translate business requirements to technical specifications. Create & track plans, schedule, budget for enhancements and maintenance items. Coordinate user acceptance test activities. Coordinate implementation activities. Assist end-user training.

Requirements:

• 2 yrs. Banking experience, 3 years overall experience.
• Academic degree in business administration/finance.
• Knowledge in programming and data bases.
• Excellent English.
• Must have strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Be capable to maintain matrix management of colleagues, and be able to work independently.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Knowledge of banking operation and processes.
• Basic accounting.
• Basic knowledge of various IT platforms.
